Photos and AI providers
Ordinary photography and local editing do not require uploading photos to AI. Before first use, the app requests explicit permission. If you choose AI, compressed camera frames or selected photos, image dimensions, orientation, camera capabilities and composition settings pass through our HTTPS backend to DeepSeek and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Qwen) for composition and color suggestions. Images can contain faces and other personal information. Only submit images you are entitled to process.
Original high-resolution images and cropping, filters, retouching and export are processed on your device. Local face detection and subject segmentation do not identify people. Our backend has no cloud photo library and does not persist uploaded images as a photo collection; it keeps necessary analysis results, request state and usage records. Providers process inputs under their terms; we do not promise zero retention by third parties. Alibaba Cloud states that data is not used for model training but that call data is stored as required. DeepSeek processes data under its applicable policy. See DeepSeek privacy and Alibaba Cloud privacy. Apple login credentials and payment credentials are not sent to AI providers.
Accounts, payments and permissions
Sign in with Apple provides an app-specific identifier and authentication information. We encrypt stored authorization refresh tokens and do not request your Apple password, name or email. Apple handles payments. We verify signed transactions and store subscription products, transaction identifiers, status, expiry and account binding to provide and restore membership and handle renewals or refunds. We do not receive complete card details. Usage counts, analysis/session records, installation identifiers and necessary operational logs support quotas, deduplication, security and troubleshooting. Network requests may expose IP addresses to our server.
Camera and Photos permissions support capture, import and saving. Microphone access supports sound in Live Photos; optional location access tags saved photos. Location is not sent as an AI analysis parameter. Manage permissions in iOS Settings. Website beta registration stores the name and email you submit to manage your registration and contact you; they are not sent to AI providers. The support form stores your email and message to handle and respond to your request; these details are not sent to AI providers. We use no advertising tracking SDKs, do not build profiles for cross-app advertising and do not sell personal information.
Retention, deletion and choices
You control local images. Uninstalling the app does not remove photos saved to the system library. Active account authorizations and sessions last until expiry, revocation or deletion. We retain necessary analysis and usage records for operation, quota administration and applicable security, contractual or legal needs, then delete or de-identify data that is no longer needed.
Use Account & Membership in the app to delete your account. This revokes Apple authorization and deletes the active account and sessions. Necessary transaction records, usage counts, account UUID and a keyed hash of the Apple identifier remain to prevent transaction reassignment and repeated quota claims and to restore valid purchases; no name, email or Apple refresh token is retained for that purpose. Deleting an account does not cancel Apple's auto-renewing subscription.
Stop using AI to stop new AI image requests. Use the feedback form for access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or removal from beta registration. We verify the requester and respond as applicable. Processing already performed by third parties is governed by their policies; contact us for assistance.
International processing, security and children
Our service and AI providers involve servers in mainland China. Using AI from elsewhere may transfer your data to mainland China. HTTPS, access controls, Apple signature verification and encrypted authorization tokens help protect data, but no system is absolutely secure. This app is not directed to children; minors should use it with appropriate guardian guidance. Contact us about concerns involving a child's data. Material changes to processing will be reflected here, and new consent will be requested where needed.
